Participants post artifacts — lesson plans, student work samples, data, or ideas — into a shared digital space (Google Slides, Padlet, or Jamboard). Peers rotate through and leave structured written feedback using a commenting protocol. Builds a culture of sharing, inquiry, and peer feedback.

Welcome & Gallery Setup
Share the link to the virtual gallery (Google Slides, Padlet, etc.). Each participant navigates to their designated slide or board and posts their artifact. Remind everyone of the feedback protocol: one warm (strength), one wonder (question), one wish (suggestion). Model the protocol with an example.
Silent Gallery Rotation — Round 1
Participants rotate through assigned stations silently, reading artifacts and leaving written feedback comments. Use a timer. Facilitator can assign rotation order or let participants self-direct. Camera off is fine — this is deep reading time.
Gallery Rotation — Round 2
Second rotation through different stations. Encourage participants to respond to existing comments, not just add new ones — this creates a dialogue rather than parallel monologues. Look for patterns and themes emerging across the gallery.
Author Read & Reflection
Participants return to their own artifact and read all feedback received. 3–5 minutes of silent reading and personal reflection. Ask them to identify: one piece of feedback that affirmed something, and one that sparked a new idea or question.
Whole-Group Debrief
Invite 3–4 participants to briefly share: a pattern they noticed in feedback received, or something they noticed across others' artifacts that they want to explore. Facilitator captures themes. End with: What will you do differently or try next based on today?
Closing Commitment
Each participant types one next-step commitment in the chat. Screenshot or save these for follow-up accountability. Thank participants for their vulnerability in sharing and their generosity in giving feedback.
